[Cg1] Materials are double sided

since the point was raised several times in the tutorials, please note, 
that the materials are double sided, and thus, should be applied to the 
front as well as back face of a solid.
Hence, depending on the surface normal and the ray direction, the 
material properties must be computed accordingly.

It is actually not intended to modify any of the main/a_*.cpp files in 
the framework to reproduce the reference images.
However, if you fix the orientation of some (broken) solids by changing 
the winding order, this will be accepted too.
